PRODUCT OWNER OF EMBEDDED BOARDS PRODUCT GROUP • NETWORKING SOLUTIONS

We are looking for a Product Owner of Embedded boards product group to strengthen our ambitious business development team in Kaunas, Lithuania. You will work with the leading networking solutions in the world and take part in interesting and ambitious projects.

Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious Product Owner to develop comprehensive knowledge of networking devices, take part in decision making regarding the future direction of our products and develop their professional skills.

In this role, you will:

• Analyze market segment, competitors, the needs of our sales team and partners to spot opportunities for growth.
• Lead the growth of a product group to a commercial successful.
• Manage the product group portfolio by choosing the direction for new product development.
• Initiate new product development, cooperate with R&D team to agree on specifications, back up this development by preparing viable business plan.
• Come up with optimal pricing strategy, manage it throughout the lifecycle of the products.
• Offer actionable feedback to development team to enhance current products.
• Track both sales metrics of existing products and development progress of the new ones.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to come up with the best strategies to present our products.
• Communicate the latest features and updates of the product group both internally and externally.

What we expect of you:

• Understanding of Teltonika Networks products, technical knowledge of what they can be paired with.
• Ideas for market research on how to get required data and analytical skills to make the best of gathered information.
• Proactive learning attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively across different organizational units.
• Excellent English language skills

Ideally you will also have:

• Proven experience in B2B communication in English.
• Deeper knowledge of networking equipment and technologies.
• Public speaking skills.

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 20 Eur/h up to 30 Eur/h (~3340 Eur—5000 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
