We are looking for a Sourcing Manager to strengthen our ambitious Strategic Procurement division in Kaunas, Lithuania. 
 

Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.
 

Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious Sourcing Manager to improve their expertise in electronic components and drive strategic sourcing success. 
 

In this role, you will:

• Build, maintain, and optimize strong partnerships with international suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with a focus on long-term strategic partnerships.
• Proactively solve issues related to orders, supplier performance, and the overall supply chain, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations
• Represent Teltonika Networks to suppliers as a reliable, professional, and high-value partner, promoting the company's brand and standards.
• Support the launch of new products by ensuring timely sourcing and procurement of necessary materials.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Quality teams to align supplier capabilities with Teltonika’s high standards and rapid growth needs.
• Monitor market trends and proactively adjust sourcing strategies to mitigate risks and capture opportunities.
• Track goods balances, oversee orders, and ensure material availability in line with production schedules.
• Actively contribute creative ideas for supply chain improvements, constantly seeking innovative and efficient solutions
   

What we expect of you:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in direct procurement, ( we will consider as an advantage in the electronics, technology, or manufacturing sectors).
• Higher education in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); other language skills are an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to "sell" the company’s vision and value to suppliers.
• Good working MS Excel skills.
• High initiative and creativity in problem-solving and supplier engagement.
• Ability to take ownership and manage responsibilities confidently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple new product introductions.
   

Ideally you will also have: 

• Experience working with international electronics or technology suppliers.
• Familiarity with procurement processes for new product launches (NPI – New Product Introduction).
• Proficiency in additional foreign languages.
• Strong presentation and persuasive communication skills when dealing with suppliers.

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 14 Eur/h up to 18 Eur/h (~2338 Eur—3006 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
