We are looking for a Process Engineer to strengthen our ambitious team in Molėtai, Lithuania.
Our manufacturing facilities in Vilnius and Molėtai, Lithuania, not only produce and assemble Teltonika’s devices but also provide external clients with product design and contract manufacturing services, from prototyping to high-volume serial production. We use advanced automation and robotics to turn any complex idea into a complete product.
In this role, you will:
Take full responsibility for products — from their launch into production, through stabilization, to final mass production.
- Analyze process OEE and ensure it meets the required targets.
- Lead the validation and deployment of manufacturing processes for new product introductions and design modifications
- Drive improvements in process capability and scalability to support higher production output without compromising on quality performance
- Collect and analyze process data to support data-driven decision-making and implement corrective actions.
- Lead the adoption of new process technologies and drive continuous improvement initiatives: reduce cycle times and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate closely with product engineers, maintenance engineers, and shift managers to improve operational efficiency.
- Provide support for manufacturing processes
- Develop and maintain work instructions. Train production staff on process changes and best practices
What we expect of you:
- Experience with SMT (Surface Mount Technology), THT (Through-Hole Technology), or other electronic manufacturing and mechanical assembly processes.
- Experience in process engineering field
- Familiarity with SPC tools, MSA, capability calculations
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and BOMs.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – ability to identify root causes and implement effective, data-driven solutions.
- Effective communication skills- proven ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment, including engineering, production, and quality teams.
- Adaptability and flexibility – comfortable working in a dynamic production environment with frequent changes and priorities.
- Proactive mindset – take initiative to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous development.

Salary:
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary that will match your skillset in the field. The salary for this position ranges from 18 Eur/h up to 24 Eur/h (~3024 Eur – 4032 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.
* In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
