Currently, we are inviting an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our growing team in UK, Manchester to help us grow our international teams based on the best practices in a dynamic environment.

  • Contribute to market research, including identify target clients and their needs, find opportunities for market growth
  • Build relationships with new clients through daily contact cold calling, making presentations, frequent visits and business case analyze
  • Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales development goals
  • Attend exhibitions/meetings inside country to represent Teltonika Telematics and its products with solutions
  • Collaborate with technical support department and product managers to address customer requirements
  • Work and report to Sales Group Manager and collaborate with Key Account Managers for mutual results
  • Work with internal Customer Relationship Management system and process client information




  • 3+ years of active B2B sales experience in a comparable role within the tech products market
  • Excellent English language skills (both spoken and written)
  • An organized and results-oriented approach, challenge driven personality
  • The ambition to generate strong earnings by conquering UK market with an innovative product from Lithuania
  • Strong presentation, business communication skills
  • Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
