ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT

Currently, Teltonika de Mexico is looking for an Finance Assistance to join our Mexico City office. In this position, you will belong to Teltonika Backoffice team.

 

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Accounting processes and bank reconciliations:

  • Accounting record of operating expenses.
  • Bank reconciliations 5 accounts.
  • Physical inventory support.
  • Analysis and investigation of inventory differences.
  • Analysis and accounting record of sales due to customer advances.
  • Support to various accounting activities and reports to HQ.

In charge of the payroll and social security process:

    • Elaboration of payroll, personnel registrations and cancellations, calculation of settlements, issuance of receipts NOI program.
    • Accounting record of payroll, labor and social security provisions COI.
    • Determination and filing of payroll tax returns.
    • Elaboration of payroll, personnel registrations and cancellations, calculation of severance payments, issuance of NOI program receipts.
    • Additions, removals and modifications in IMSS platform (including modifications by variables).
    • Determination of base salary of contribution for new income and modifications by variables.
    • Management and control of SUA, IDSE & SIPARE (imss platform) for calculation of correct payments to IMSS and accounting records.
    • Comparison of SIPARE vs. accounting for adjustments.
    • Preparation and accounting record of IMSS provision and employee benefits per employee.

Fiscal process and attention to requirements:

    • Elaboration and presentation of the declaration of operations with third parties.
    • Electronic Accounting.
    • Constant attention to requirements by the SAT tax authority.
    • Load CFDI'S to the accounting system.
    • VAT reconciliation (CFDI'S vs. Accounting).

WE BELIEVE THAT YOU:

  • 5 years of experience in payroll processes (variable) and social security.
  • Extensive experience in SBC determination.
  • Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law.
  • Extensive knowledge of the IMSS Law.
  • Management of accounting and payroll software ASPEL COI and NOI.
  • Management of IMSS, IDSE, INFONAVIT, SIPARE, SUA platforms.
  • Handling Finance platform for Payroll Tax.
  • Handling of SAT platform for procedures and declarations.
  • Knowledge of CFDi's concepts and processes.
  • 5 years of experience in accounting.
  • Extensive knowledge of LISR and VAT.
  • Experience in monthly and annual accounting and fiscal closing processes.
  • Updated fiscally.
  • Extensive knowledge in Microsoft office.
