Our goal is to develop B2B partnerships by selling different IoT products from GPS tracking systems to networking solutions.

Currently, we are inviting an ambitious Head of sales to join our growing Sales team in Mexico to work with Telematics devices portfolio oriented to B2B market needs in the local region.

 

Since we are growing, office location is flexible, we are considering internal candidates from all LATAM offices to work with different LATAM regions as well!

 

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL : 
 

  • Lead, train, motivate and maintain your own sales team representing Teltonika Telematics;
  • Execute strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand the customer base;
  • Direct and manage the performance and development of your team;
  • Provide training and counseling for individual team members to ensure targets are met;
  • Be taking on the role as a playing coach in all sales processes until your sales team will be strong enough to play independently;
  • Maintain internal systems and ensure that all sales managers fill the systems correctly;
  • Manage the team to assure 100% of sales plan realization;
  • Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth;
  • Ensure order tracking and correction;
  • Coordinate technical inquiries.


WE BELIEVE THAT YOU HAVE:   

  • Leadership ability to drive a sales team;
  • At least two-year work experience in Teltonika and at least one year sales experience in any of Teltonika IoT group companies;
  • Results focused, organised with good communication and negotiantion skills;
  • Work experience with internal Teltonika systems (KVS, LZ);
  • Ability to analyze information, and make decisions independently;
  • Very good English language skills (written and oral).
