We are looking to recruit a talented Sales Executive to join our German business, operating out of our brand-new office in Munich. This role is pivotal and available at a brilliant time as we seek to increase our products to the German market, whilst opening more channels in this market. 

Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.  

 Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious sales representative to improve their sales skills, develop comprehensive knowledge of products, and generate considerable earnings.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth.
  • Generate sales with new clients through cold calling and networking .
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers through daily contact, presentations, and frequent visits.
  • Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals.
  • Attend exhibitions/meetings to represent Teltonika Networks and its products with solutions.
  • Building and maintaining a CRM database.
  • Collaborate with the technical support department and product specialists to address customer requirements.

 

What we expect of you:

  • A minimum of 3 years B2B sales experience.
  • It’s not essential but having some strong connections in a relevant industry already allows you to quickly develop potential interest, with the confidence that you have an exceptional product behind you.
  • Strong, professional communication and presentation skills, with excellent German and English language skills (both written and spoken).
  • A consultative approach to doing business, understanding the clients’ needs and pain points, with an ability to show how our solution will resolve both.
  • Full German Driving license and access to your own vehicle.
