SALES TEAM LEADER • NETWORKING SOLUTIONS

We are looking to recruit a talented Sales Team Lead to join our German business, operating out of our brand-new office in Munich. This role is pivotal and available at a brilliant time as we seek to increase our products to the German market, whilst opening more channels in this market. 
 

Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.  
 

Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious sales team lead to improve their skills, develop comprehensive knowledge of products, and generate considerable earnings.
 

In this role, you will:

  • You will assemble, lead, teach, and maintain your own sales team representing Teltonika Networks
  • Manage the team to assure 100% of sales plan realization
  • Organize and conduct training and support for sales team until representatives will be strong enough to play independently
  • Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth
  • Assist team members throughout the full sales cycle
  • Helping the Regional Sales Director and other assigned tasks
  • Maintain internal systems and ensure that all sales managers fill the systems correctly

 

What we expect of you:

  • Have a minimum of 4 years of B2B Sales experience, preferably in the Telecommunications Industry or Network Industry.
  • Have experience in leading and scaling a sales team, ideally managing a minimum of 3 people.
  • Have native or highly fluent German speaker with excellent English language skills (both spoken and written)
  • Possess leadership qualities, excellent time management, and a team-oriented mindset with critical thinking abilities.
  • Have the ability to analyse information, make decision independently, and plan strategically.
  • Are results-focused individual with a proven track record.
  • Have strong presentation and business communication skills.
  • Hold a full driving license.
