We are looking for a Head of Sales Group to strengthen our ambitious sales team in Noida, India. You will work with the leading Networking solutions in the world and master your B2B sales skills.

 

Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

 

Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious sales representative to improve their sales skills, develop comprehensive knowledge of products, and generate considerable earnings.

 

In this role, you will:

  • You will lead, train and maintain your own sales team representing.
  • You should be taking on the role as a playing coach in all sales processes until your sales team will be strong enough to play independently.
  • Create and implement sales strategy for the dedicated region.
  • Maintain internal systems and ensure that all sales managers fill the systems correctly.
  • Manage the team to assure 100% of sales plan realization.
  • Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure order tracking and correction.
  • Coordinate technical inquiries.
  • Organize and conduct training for local sales teams.

 

What we expect of you:

  • Good English language skills (both spoken and written), as it will be your primary working language.
  • Minimum four years of working experience in B2B sales in the leadership role.
  • Leadership qualities, encompassing excellent time management skills, a team-oriented mindset, and critical thinking.
  • Capability to analyse information, make independent decisions, and strategically plan.
  • Results-focused personality with a proven track record of achievements.
  • Substantial leadership experience is a prerequisite, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate a sales team. Possessing successful leadership experience to drive regional sales teams would be an advantage.
  • Market knowledge: experience in the IoT and Telecommunication industries would be advantageous.

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 15 LPA up to 21.60 LPA, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.
