We are looking for a Head of Sales Group - North to join our growing MEA Continent Sales team in Noida, India, to work with the Telematics devices portfolio in the India Market.
Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.

In this role, you will:
- You will lead, coach and maintain your own sales team representing Teltonika Telematics
- You should be taking on the role of a playing coach in all sales processes until your sales team is strong enough to play independently
- Create and implement a sales strategy for the dedicated region.
- Analyse all sales activities, support, and develop the team to assure 100% of sales plan realization
- Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth
- Ensure order tracking and correction
- Coordinate technical inquiries
- Organize and conduct training for local sales teams
What we expect of you:
- Fluent English language skills (written and oral) - this will be the primary working language (at least B2 level).
- Extensive international B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
- Leadership skills, growth, and problem-solving-oriented mindset.
- Ability to adapt fast and make decisions independently.
- Results-focused personality and a track record that reflects it

Salary:
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and expertise in the field. Fixed salary ranges from 13 LPA up to 21 LPA, depending on your experience and expertise with the option to get bonuses.
