Currently, we are inviting an ambitious Sales Team Leader to join our growing South America Sales team in Brazil to work with a Telematics devices portfolio oriented to B2B market needs in the local region.

  • Lead, train, motivate and maintain your own sales team, representing Teltonika Telematics;
  • Execute strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand the customer base;
  • Direct and manage the performance and development of your team;
  • Provide training and counseling for individual team members to ensure targets are met;
  • Be taking on the role as a playing coach in all sales processes until your sales team is strong enough to play independently;
  • Maintain internal systems and ensure that all sales managers fill the systems correctly;
  • Manage the team to assure 100% of sales plan realization;
  • Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth;
  • Ensure order tracking and correction;
  • Coordinate technical inquiries.


  • 2+ years Leadership experience to drive a sales team;
  • Proven track record of sales achievements (B2B);
  • Experience in building and motivating sales team;
  • Results focused, organized with good communication and negotiation skills;
  • Work experience with internal systems;
  • Ability to analyze information and make decisions independently;
  • Native in Portuguese and with good English language skills (written and oral).



  • Payroll: A competitive salary matching your skillset and experience in the market, including a CLT contract plus commission system.
  • Location: São Paulo, Pinheiros.
  • Training: Onboarding on Teltonika‘s internal systems, sales process, and product-related topics.
  • Workweek: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, weekends free.
  • Work type: The working week is 5 days and 40 working hours per week. With a home office day to be stipulated by the company.
  • Holiday: 30 days per year by Employee’s preference; Opportunity to request a day off on your Birthday date (after the 1st year in the Company);
