Networking and IoT engineer

Currently, Teltonika do Brasil is looking for a Networking and IoT Engineer to join our office in São Paulo, Pinheiros. In this position, you will belong to the Teltonika Networks Technical Support team.

Working in this role, you'll make sure all the technical questions and issues addressed by clients as well as sales teams are solved with guidance and efficiency.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

·  Consult employees and customers on devices and solutions related technical issues

·  Solve technical issues and look for a way to reduce them

·  Prepare technical documentation and technical tasks

·   Prepare and provide training for employees and clients about our company’s products and solutions

WE BELIEVE THAT YOU:

- Have technical education (Electronics/Mechanics engineering);

- Have the basics of telecommunication systems and IOT technologies: 2G, 3G, 4G, Bluetooth, and the ability to explain GNSS technology fundamentals.

- Are native in Portuguese (both spoken and written), as it will be your primary working language; fluent in English (B2 or a higher level), as it will be the 2nd daily used language at work.

- Are able to analyze and solve complex technical problems.

-  Have good communication skills.

-  Have capability to prepare technical documentation.

- Have knowledge of software, operating systems, server operation, and programming languages (C, C++, C#, Java, Python) essentials.

-  Have experience working with IoT solutions (1-Wire, RS-232/RS-485, Modbus, MQTT, TLS) and secure cloud-based systems (AWS, Azure) would be an advantage.

- Workweek: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, weekends free.

- Work type: The working week is 5 days and 40 working hours per week. With a Home office day to be stipulated by the company (After the probation period),
