Currently, Teltonika do Brasil is looking for an ambitious B2B Sales Consultant to join our Sao Paulo office. In this position, you will belong to the Telematics Sales team and focus on selling Telematics products, such as but not limited to GPS tracking, and fleet management solutions oriented to B2B market needs.

 

The ideal candidate is a well-organized individual who has motivation for prospecting and developing long-term relationships with B2B clients. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

 

  • Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding potential leads
  • Reaching out to new potential clients via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn communication
  • Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with new and existing customers through daily contact and frequent visits
  • Attend exhibitions/meetings abroad to represent Teltonika and its products with solutions

 

YOU‘LL SUCCEED IF YOU MATCH THE BELOW:

 

  • Fluent in Portuguese (both spoken and written), as it will be your primary working language and good English language skills (B2 or higher level)
  • Good understanding of customer relations, junior-level experience or huge motivation to work in B2B sales with active business clients‘ search
  • An organized and results-oriented approach and a challenge-driven personality
  • The ambition to generate strong earnings by expanding local B2B opportunities in the market with an innovative product from Lithuania
  • Willing to travel abroad (when circumstances allow)

 

IDEALLY, YOU‘LL ALSO HAVE:

 

  • Previous work experience selling Telematics products

  • Payroll: A competitive salary matching your skillset and experience in the market, including a CLT contract plus commission system.
  • Location: São Paulo, Pinheiros.
  • Training: Onboarding on Teltonika‘s internal systems, sales process, and product-related topics.
  • Workweek: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, weekends free.
  • Work type: The working week is 5 days and 40 working hours per week. With a home office day to be stipulated by the company.
  • Holiday: 30 days per year by Employee’s preference; Opportunity to request a day off on your Birthday date (after the 1st year in the Company);
