SALES MANAGER • NETWORKS

We are looking for a Sales Manager to develop and grow our Networks IoT business in Japan. You will be working independently while actively prospecting and establishing relationships with clients. This is a key role for expanding Teltonika’s presence through strategic sales and market development.

Teltonika’s Networking Solutions Business Unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity solutions, primarily including routers, gateways, switches, and remote management system. Our networking solution serves clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Energy & Utility, Smart City and Transportation realizing digital and operational transformation.

 



In this role, you will:


  • Analyze market and identifiy key stakeholders, especially in industrial IoT segment, who can be benefit from Teltonika’s cutting-edge networking solution.
  • Develop strategic sales plan through proactive lead generation.
  • Strongly engage clients and influence their transformation plan with Teltonika's networking solutions. 
  • Prepare commercial offer and negotiate contracts to beat and stretch sales target.
  • Fully utilize CRM System to efficiency manage clients, stretch financial targets and share information with all internal stakeholders.

 


What we expect of you:  

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience either or preferably both directly and through partners especially in IoT networks domain
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of the sales process utilizing CRM system from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Good time and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple work streams.
  • Strong clients and market insights as well connection with key stakeholders in industrial IoT market.
  • Open minded and self motivated with "Can Do / Will do " attitude.
  • Strong logical and creative problem-solving skills. 
  • Good oral and written communication skills both in Japanese and English.
