CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

We are embarking on a new profit niche, focusing on security systems, and we are looking for an exceptional leader to head this division as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

The headquarters, run by the parent company Teltonika IoT Group, coordinates the activities of Lithuanian high-tech companies operating under the brand name of Teltonika as well as all the representative offices of Teltonika around the world. 

We are at an exciting stage of our development, and we need a visionary and strategic leader to help drive our growth and success in the coming years.

In this role, you will:

• Provide strategic leadership and vision to ensure the long-term success of the profit niche.
• Execute new product development strategies and enhance R&D processes.
• Create and manage new departments (Technical support, administration, sales, and finance teams).
• Develop and implement business plans, strategies, and growth initiatives.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient and effective management across all departments.
• Developing sales strategies considering market needs and competition.
• Build, lead, and inspire a dynamic team.
• Foster a positive corporate culture aligned with company values and objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including investors, clients, and employees.
• Monitor financial performance, make decisions to optimize profitability, and ensure sustainability.

What we expect of you:

• Proven experience as a CEO or in other senior executive roles, ideally, in the security sector, with a track record of successful business leadership. Candidates with diverse backgrounds are welcome to apply and will be considered.
• Experience in establishing and managing various business divisions (Technical support, administration, sales, and finance).
• Background in R&D and new product development.
• Fluent in both Lithuanian and English.
• Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance and performance management principles.
• Strategic planning and business development skills.
• Comfortable working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position ranges from 40 Eur/h up to 55 Eur/h (~6400 Eur – 8800 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience. Additionally, there is the possibility of performance-based bonuses.

 *In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
