ASSISTANT TO VICE PRESIDENT OF SEMICONDUCTOR TECHNOLOGY AND DEVELOPMENT • TELTONIKA IOT GROUP

We are looking for an Assistant to Vice President of Semiconductor Technology and Development to join our Semiconductor technology and development team. Together, we will work on one of the most ambitious tech projects in Lithuania – the establishment of the semiconductor chip industry.

The headquarters, run by the parent company Teltonika IoT Group, coordinates the activities of Lithuanian high-tech companies operating under the brand name of Teltonika as well as all the representative offices of Teltonika around the world.

In this role, you will:

• Support Vice President with his calendar and organize various meetings and appointments, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
• Ensure that NDA‘s will be signed and processed through our internal process.
• Support the VP with various ad-hoc tasks, including occasional presentations or reports.
• Esure effective administration of internal projects and tracking its progress.
• Assist in arranging business trips.
• Conduct research and gather data from various sources, including the internet.
• Support related day-to-day tasks.

What we expect of you:

• Similar experience in Administrative Assitant‘s/ Management Coordinator‘s or similar role.
• Have experience in maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information.
• Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills (both spoken and written).
• An organized and detail-oriented personality and time-management skills.
• Strong skills in MS Office, MS Teams, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Experience in administrating internal projects, especially using Microsoft Projects or Jira.
• Barchelor‘s degree.
• Technical or/and HR knowledge would be considered as an advantage.

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 20 Eur/h up to 25 Eur/h (~3330 Eur—4170 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.
