Currently, we are inviting an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our growing international Sales team in Vilnius, Lithuania.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new customers from DACH Region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) through daily contacting, calling, preparing presentations, frequent visits and business case analysis, building a strategy of client onboarding
- Prepare commercial offers and ensure contract fulfillment to achieve assigned sales goals
- Attend exhibitions/meetings abroad to represent Teltonika EMS and its services with solutions
- Attend exhibitions/meetings inside DACH Region to represent Teltonika EMS electronics manufacturing in Lithuania
- Contribute to DACH market research, including identify target clients and their needs, find opportunities for market growth
- collaborate with technical support department and product specialists to address customer requirements.
- Work with internal Customer Relationship Management system and process client information
WE BELIEVE THAT YOU:
- 5+ years of experience in business development with industrial internationl clients (experience in contract manufacturing or services field is an advantage)
- Proven track record of large sales achievements with deals worth 1 million Eur and more
- Strong negotiation skills (for Contract negotiations)
- Competence and willingness to travel for business (meet new prospects, present company, and negotiate the contracts)
- English language skills at a C1 level or higher, as it will be the primary working language
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and organize effectively

Salary:
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive compensation package that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position is from 20 Eur/h up to 25 Eur/h (3320 Eur - 4150 Eur) pre-tax with the option to get substantial monthly bonuses according to your results.
- In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
