CLOUD AI/WEB APP DEVELOPMENT LEAD • TELEMATICS

We are looking for a Cloud AI/Web App Development Lead to strengthen our ambitious BA and BI Development team in Vilnius, Lithuania. You will be part of developing and improving innovative data-driven solutions, business processes and grow professionally through challenging projects and continuous learning with the latest cloud-based tools and technologies.

Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.

In this role, you will:

• Design scalable, secure, and efficient AI-powered web applications using Azure in collaboration with AI apps product owner.
• Lead 6-8 developers in implementing AI application features.
• Automate AI model deployments, cloud infrastructure, and monitoring.
• Ensure Security & Compliance, enforce MFA authentication, access controls, and governance policies.
• Improve resource utilization, observability, and cloud cost efficiency.

What we expect of you:

• Hands on experience with Microsoft Azure services (Azure Web Apps, Cosmos DB, Cognitive Search, Entra ID, etc.) and DevOps best practices (CI/CD, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Skills to lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 
• Experience in generative AI models deployment, scaling, and integration into web applications.
• Knowledge of cloud security, authentication (MFA, OAuth, RBAC), and AI governance in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure design.
• Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Bash) for DevOps workflows.
• Proficiency in English.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Experience with Azure OpenAI & ML models for AI-driven web applications.
• Agile & Scrum methodology experience in software development teams.
• Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect or Azure DevOps Engineer.

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 27 Eur/h up to 38 Eur/h (~4500 Eur—6350 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
