We are looking Team lead of the engineering change order group to strengthen our ambitious team in Vilnius, Lithuania. 

 

Our manufacturing facilities in Vilnius and Molėtai, Lithuania, not only produce and assemble Teltonika’s devices but also provide external clients with product design and contract manufacturing services, from prototyping to high-volume serial production. We use advanced automation and robotics to turn any complex idea into a complete product.

 

In this role, you will:

 

  • Lead the team of 5 ECO (engineering change order) engineers that are responsible for increasing production throughput, maintaining stable technological process and managing changes related to the products.
  • Identify and develop the team’s strengths and competences.
  • Set strategy and monitor progress towards goals.
  • Organize and coordinate every day activity of the ECO group.
  • Maintain and improve efficiency of group processes.
  • Provide engineering support to business clients, sales department, and production.

 

 

What we expect of you:

 

  • Hold a higher education degree in electronics, manufacturing engineering or a related field.
  • Possess English language skills at a B2 level or higher.
  • Have manager/team lead work experience (at least 2-3 year) in the field of manufacturing engineering.
  • Hold experience in manufacturing automation projects management.
  • Hold experience in using best practices for increasing production throughput and problem solving (DMAIC, PDCA, A3, 5why, gemba and/or others).
  • Have experience, related to change management process regarding the automotive or medical standards (would be advantageous).

Salary:

 

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary that will match your skillset in the field. The salary for this position ranges from 25 Eur/h up to 35 Eur/h (~4175 Eur – 5880 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.

 

* In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
