HEAD OF SALES • PCB MANUFACTURING SERVICES

Currently, we are looking for an ambitious Head of Sales to join our growing TLT PCB Sales team in Vilnius. Lithuania. This team will focus on business development, strategy, and sales for the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturing services.

The PCB factory will be the first PCB investment in Europe in the last 20 years. The factory covers an area of 33,000 square meters and features a high level of automation, efficiently and optimally utilizing the equipment's capacity.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Collaborate with the company's CEO to develop a strategy for the sales and expansion of the PCB manufacturing business.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new clients in Europe and worldwide through daily communication, calls, presentations, frequent visits, and business case analysis.
• Create a client onboarding strategy and identify key opportunities to expand our PCB manufacturing services.
• Represent the company at exhibitions and business meetings abroad to promote our PCB solutions.
• After developing the strategy for the PCB business, build and lead your own sales team, supporting them in achieving their goals.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• 5+ years of successful leadership experience in the B2B sales industry, working with international industrial clients (experience in contract manufacturing or service-based industries is a plus).
• Proven track record in developing strategies and driving sales on a global scale.
• Strong negotiation skills, particularly in contract discussions.
• Willingness and ability to travel for business (meeting prospects, presenting the company, and negotiating contracts).
• Proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher, as it will be the primary working language.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from ranges 30 Eur/h up to 35 Eur/h (~ 5000 eur - 5845 Eur)  pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.
