We are looking for an Engineer to strengthen our Community forum team in Vilnius, Lithuania. You will work with the leading networking solutions in the world and master your skills.

Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

In this role, you will:

• Advise community forum users (https://community.teltonika.lt/) how to use our products within their solutions, solve their challenges related to Teltonika Networks products.
• Self-sufficiently resolve technical issues arising from user’s configuration, firmware/software, other sources.
• You will contribute to the development and improvement of the forum platform.
• Play a role of a link between user and Teltonika Networks RnD when it comes to complex challenges.
• Hands-on experience with Linux based OS, industrial protocols, various networking services and protocols and occasional 3rd party peripherals.
   

What we expect of you:

• Good communication skills and etiquette both in speaking and writing.
• Ability and desire to help others.
• Basics in Computer Networking
• Good English language skills (advanced user level), knowledge of other languages ​​is an advantage
• Higher or equivalent technical / engineering education.
• Capability of working in a fast-paced environment.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Knowledge or certification in CCNA or similar courses is an advantage.

Salary
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 11 Eur/h up to 15 Eur/h (~1820 Eur - 2490 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.
*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
