We are proud of working on made-in-Lithuania products and are looking for an operational marketing coordinator to contribute to the successful growth of Teltonika Telematics.
Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.
In this role, you will:
As Operational Marketing Coordinator, you will play an important role in all phases of new product development, especially in project launch to market. You will do your best to sell the product to our sales force, so they could sell it to our clients worldwide. Also, you will:
- Prepare marketing material for product advertising including use cases, success stories and video scripts;
- Conduct analysis (competitors, market, sales feedback) for new products in the pre-project stage to evaluate the demand/need;
- Lead the launch strategy of designated products including sales trainings, webinars, web page info, other marketing materials and lift products awareness and sales worldwide meeting company goals;
- Lead internal and external events such as trainings, Q&A sessions, webinars, workshops and conferences;
- Drive market researches, including identification of client profiles, market potential and opportunities for business growth;
- Work tightly with product management teams (Product Owners, Product Coordinators, Programmers) during project development and support phases;
- Collaborate with technical support department and product specialists to address customer requirements;
- Look for global sales expansion and competitive advantages of your projects;
- Analyze the data of your designated projects sales forecasts and sales results;
- Support sales teams to help them sell your designated product.
What we expect of you:
- Have fluent English language skills (both spoken and written), as it will be your primary working language;
- Have at least 2 years of B2B sales or marketing experience;
- Have a passion for public speaking and strong presentation skills;
- Have an organized and results-oriented approach, challenge driven personality with strong analytical skills;
- Have a creative personality, generating new ideas for product advertising and promotion;
- Have experience with fleet management or other IoT hardware and/or software as it would be an advantage;
- Have the ambition to generate strong earnings by conquering foreign markets with an innovative product from Lithuania.
Salary
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. Fixed (tariff) salary ranges from 14 Eur/h up to 18 Eur/h (~2200 Eur - 2900 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise with the option to get bonuses.*
*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
