We are currently inviting an ambitious ORDER EXECUTION AND SUPPLY MANAGER (Medical devices) to join our growing Procurement  team in Vilnius, Lithuania and support the Teltonika Telemedic team. We design and develop next-generation medical devices, and we also solve current healthcare challenges. We aim to create and deliver smart solutions that are easily accessible to diverse communities, medical professionals and the elderly.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

 

  • Execute internal orders, purchase necessary parts
  • Organize, coordinate, execute obtaining samples
  • Complete internal documentation, according to established company procedures
  • Coordinate, control, monitore of the logistics of orders in progress
  • Solve problems related to orders and supply chain
  • Assist in coordinating new project positions
  • Submit documents for accounting


WE BELIEVE THAT YOU HAVE:

 

  • Result-oriented personality
  • Good working skills in MS Excel
  • Excellent English language skills (both spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of the technical direction, knowledge of the electronics market
  • Good analytical and planning skills
  • Good communication skills 
  • Good negotiation skills

 

IDEALLY, YOU’LL ALSO HAVE:

 

  • Hold a degree in statistics/economics/mathematics/econometrics/accounting/managerial field
  • Work experience in the field of procurement/supply
  • Experience with the accounting program "Rivilė“
     

OUR OFFER 

 

Salary:

 

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position ranges from 15 Eur/h up to 25 Eur/h (~2500 Eur – 4168 Eur)  pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.

*In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
