PROJECTS COORDINATOR • TELEMATICS

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to contribute to successful growth of Teltonika.

Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.

In this role, you will:

• Prepare projects technical tasks and correction acts;
• Prepare technical documentation of projects;
• Coordinate inquiries with RND, production, quality, and supply representatives;
• Supervise the project, participate in project meetings, create project tasks, consult the project team;
• Collaborate with Product Owners and help to reach the vision of the projects;
• Coordinate the production start-up works of the project, supervise their progress;
• Coordinate solutions to emerging project issues.
• Assess customer needs of new features, raise proposals for its’ implementation and supervise implementation process;
• Directly communicate with partners and clients to answer project and technical questions (conference calls, visits to partners);
• Prepare trainings and presentations of new projects.

What we expect of you:

• Higher technical (Electronics, IT) or project management education;
• At least 1-year experience in project management and / or coordination;
• Basics of telecommunication systems and IoT technologies: 2G, 3G, 4G, Bluetooth, ability to explain GNSS technology fundamentals;
• English language knowledge at least at the level of B2, other foreign language skills will be considered as an advantage;
• Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems;
• Good communication skills;
• Organizational and teamwork skills;
• Capability to prepare technical documentation;
• Diligence, responsibility, diligence, initiative and a sense of responsibility;
• Ability to independently plan your own and others' work;
• Experience with MS Office programs;
• Willingness to improve, learn and grow.

We would appreciate if you have:

• Knowledge of software, operating systems, server operation and programming languages (C, C++, C#, Java, Python) essentials;
• Experience in creating Epics, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria in Jira;
• Knowledge of production processes and technologies;
• Experience working with IoT solutions (1-Wire, RS-232/RS-485, Modbus, MQTT, TLS) and secure Cloud based systems (AWS, Azure);
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• Knowledge of PRINCE2, PMBOK or other project management methodologies;
• Power BI knowledge and capability to utilise it for project management.

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 15 Eur/h up to 20 Eur/h (~2500 Eur - 3300 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
