We are looking for a Projects Solutions Engineer to strengthen our ambitious Basic Program group. Our Basic Program involves small devices with a digital input, an analog input, and a digital output.
Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.
Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious Project Solutions Engineer to improve their skills, develop comprehensive knowledge of products, enhance and optimize Basic program.
In this role, you will:
- Review and resolve Level 3–5 tickets within our HelpDesk system.
- Participate in program sprint planning and actively contribute to discussions.
- Identify and suggest improvements to make the Basic Program more efficient and user-friendly.
- Analyse recurring issues and create internal knowledge base articles to streamline troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to improve system efficiency.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining high service standards.
What we expect of you:
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written), as it will be your primary working language (additional languages are an advantage).
- Experience with IoT, industrial devices, or embedded systems.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with HelpDesk systems and ticketing processes.
- Knowledge of digital and analog input/output functionality is a plus.

Salary
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 15 Eur/h up to 18 Eur/h (~ 2450 Eur— 2950 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.
*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
