PROJECTS SOLUTIONS ENGINEER (SOFTWARE PROJECT) • TELEMATICS

We are looking for a Projects Solutions Engineer to strengthen our ambitious Software Project. Our cutting-edge mobile applications and IoT management platforms help users seamlessly connect, configure, and manage their devices.

Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.

Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious Project Solutions Engineer to improve their skills, develop comprehensive knowledge of products, provide high-level support for our software products.

In this role, you will:

• Provide support for our software products, including:
  • Eye App – A mobile application used to connect to BLE devices and configure them.
  • FOTA WEB – An IoT device management system for uploading configurations, updating firmware, and downloading logs.
  • TachoSync – A platform for downloading DDD files with an integrated API.
  • TCT – a configuration tool for FT platform devices.
• Assist users with troubleshooting, configuration, and issue resolution related to these platforms.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure continuous improvements.
• Analyze and escalate technical issues when needed, ensuring efficient problem resolution.
• Document common issues and create knowledge base articles for internal and external use.
• Contribute to the development of new features and improvements based on user feedback.

What we expect of you:

• Fluency in English (both spoken and written), as it will be your primary working language (additional languages are an advantage).
• Experience in software support, IoT, or mobile applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting BLE connectivity and APIs is an advantage.
• Experience working with platforms like Jira, GitLab, or HelpDesk is beneficial.

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 15 Eur/h up to 18 Eur/h (~ 2450 Eur— 2950 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
