TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST (MATERNITY COVER) • TELEMATICS

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Maternity cover) to join our team on a fixed-term contract. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring the company’s growth by applying best practices in talent acquisition and contributing to our evolving HR initiatives. This role also offers the opportunity to contribute to various HR projects that directly impact the employee experience, talent development and orgnizational success. 

 

Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, which includes posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating and conducting various types of interviews (including for international positions), and maintaining candidate pipelines
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their team need and provide guidance on both recruitment and broader HR matters
  • Collaborate on improvements to the recruitment process by providing input and assisting in the implementation of best practices
  • Ensure recruitment activities align with HR goals (KPI‘s) and organizational needs
  • Support the development and maintenance of ATS tools, including data entry, metrics and reporting
  • Work closely with other HR functions, such as Learning & Development, People Operations, to align recruitment efforts with broader HR initiatives
  • Support HR projects that focus on employee engagement, performance management, and other organizational priorities.

 

What we expect of you:

  • At least 2 years of experience in TA or similar role
  • Contribute to broader HR team task beyond just recruitiment
  • Enthusiasm for talent acquisition and a willingness to develop your skills in recruitment/TA and HR processes
  • Open to feedback, ready to learn from experiences, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with professional proficiency in English and Lithuanian
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to shared goals
  • Strong attention to details and the ability to manage tasks efficiently, even with competing priorities

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 13 Eur/h up to 16 Eur/h (~ 2184 Eur— 2688 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get quarterly bonuses based on your achievements.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
