TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM LEAD FOR CENTRAL EUROPE • TELEMATICS

We are looking for a Technical Support Team Lead to oversee a team of IoT solutions engineers and ensure efficient and effective resolution of customer issues. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Assist the team in advising on technical and procedural issues and questions.
  • Educate team members and ensure their competence growth.
  • Prioritize, investigate, and help to resolve registered helpdesk tickets.
  • Closely collaborate with the Sales department and R&D.
  • Plan resources and participate in the hiring process.
  • Measure team metrics and work to maintain and/or increase the KPI of your team.
  • Monitor team workload.
  • Ensure team quality and customer satisfaction index.
  • Create, improve, or initiate existing or new processes.
  • Continuously provide feedback to the team and other stakeholders.
  • Work in an agile environment.

 

What we expect of you:

  • Proficiency in English (B1 level or higher) as it will be your primary working language. Knowledge of the Polish language is an advantage.
  • Experience in working with technical products.
  • Organizational, results-oriented and communication skills.
  • Constructiveness, conscientiousness and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to formulate proposals, insights, and solutions.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing technologies and processes.
  • Management experience in customer service would be an advantage.
  • Familiar with tools like GitLab or Jira.

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 17 Eur/h up to 23 Eur/h (~2800 Eur—3800 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
