VALIDATION ENGINEER • ELECTRONICS MANUFACTURING SERVICES

We are currently inviting a Validation Engineer to join our growing manufacturing team in Vilnius.

 

Our production facilities in Vilnius and Molėtai not only assemble the devices developed by Teltonika but also provide product design and contract manufacturing services for other businesses – from prototype development to mass production. We leverage advanced automation and robotics to transform even the most complex ideas into fully finished products.

In this position, you will:

 

  • Prepare, review, and approve various validation documents, including Validation Plans, Risk Assessments, Requirements Specifications, Testing Protocols, and Final Reports.
  • Perform computerized system validation (GMP, U.S. Title 21 CFR Part 11 Regulation, ISO 13485).
  • Conduct process and equipment validation in compliance with regulatory requirements (EU and US).
  • Administer validation projects within the system, create validation protocols, and complete them.
  • Provide suggestions for quality documentation editing and creation.
  • Prepare and execute validation protocols: IQ, OQ, and PQ, and write Final Reports for manufacturing equipment, processes, or systems.
  • Review all changes to qualified/validated equipment and determine whether the changes require requalification/revalidation.
  • Analyze data from validation tests to determine whether systems and processes meet the required criteria and specifications.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with relevant departments and staff regarding the scheduling or implementation of qualification activities.
  • Provide detailed validation guidance to the validation team.
  • Identify deviations during validation protocol execution and propose corrective and preventive actions for resolving them.
  • Develop, maintain, or review validation and compliance documentation, including schematics, protocols, and engineering change notices.
  • Maintain Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation.

  • Technical English skills (verbal and written) – B2 level minimum.
  • At least 2 years experience as a validation engineer in a similar industry.

Salary

 

Recognizing the candidate's efforts and experience, we offer a competitive salary that reflects your skills and expertise. The salary for this position ranges from €18/hour (€3,024 per month) before taxes, depending on your experience and competence.

* The employment contract states a fixed hourly salary before taxes.
