Currently, we are inviting an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our growing Poland (Warsaw) team to help us grow our international teams based on the best practices in a dynamic environment.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE:

 

  • contributing to market research, including identify target clients and their needs, find opportunities for market growth
  • building relationships with new clients through daily contact, cold calling, making presentations, frequent visits and business case analyse
  • preparing commercial offers and ensuring contracts to achieve assigned sales development goals
  • attending exhibitions/meetings inside country to represent Teltonika EMS electronics manufacturing
  • working and reporting to sales group manager and collaborating with Key account managers for mutual results
  • working with internal Customer Relationship Management system and processing client information

 

WE BELIEVE THAT YOU HAVE:

 

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a PCBA and Mechanical contract manufacturing environment
  • fluent in English and Polish languages (both spoken and written)
  • an organized and results-oriented approach, challenge-driven personality
  • demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales programs and reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, and price schedules
  • understands the competitive dynamics in electronic manufacturing services especially in the Polish marketplace
  • ability to read, and interpret engineering information (such as technical drawings, CAD), technical procedures, and various reports
  • strong presentation, and negotiation skills, organizational proficiency, and expertise in business project management
  • possess a high level of integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
  • full driving license and access to your own vehicle
