We are currently inviting an ambitious Business Development Manager (Med Tech devices) to join our growing R&D team in Warsaw, Poland and support the Teltonika Telemedic team. We design and develop next-generation medical devices, and we also solve current healthcare challenges. We create and deliver smart solutions that are easily accessible to diverse communities, medical professionals and the elderly.

  • Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth
  • Implement a strategy of introducing wearable medical device distribution in Poland
  • Research, reach out and build long-term relationships with new customers through strategic conversations, presentations, and frequent visits
  • Prepare and present commercial offers to potential clients to achieve commercial goals
  • Collaborate with the technical support department and product specialists to address customer requirements




  • A minimum of 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in a comparable role
  • Experience in med tech space is considered an advantage
  • Have native or highly fluent Polish language skills, excellent English language skills (both spoken and written)
  • Have the ambition to generate strong earnings by conquering new markets with innovative telemedicine technology solutions
  • Have an organized and results-oriented approach, a challenge-driven personality
  • Strong presentation, and business communication skills
  • Have a driving license and access to your own vehicle

*In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
