Currently, we are inviting an ambitious Customer Service Specialist, to join our growing Technical Support team in Kaunas, Lithuania to help us grow our global presence in IoT sector by quickly and effectively responding to changing market needs and offers reliable, safe and easy-to-use solutions for such areas as Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

In this role, you will:
- Answering calls from business clients to provide first-line support for technical questions related to Teltonika Networks products;
- Communicating with customers through a variety of channels, including phone, email, ticketing platforms, online meetings, forums, and other communication tools;
- Advising customers and sales representatives on how to integrate and use our products, resolving technical issues, and assisting with basic troubleshooting;
- Escalating more complex cases to networking and IoT engineers, ensuring clear and effective communication between the customer and internal teams.

Salary:
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position ranges 9 Eur/h up to 13 Eur/h (~1512Eur - 2253Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.
You can choose to work from either Vilnius or Kaunas—whichever is more convenient for you!
*In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
